Despite having never played this game I have been listening to this soundtrack a lot. This is GunZ: The Duel. GunZ is a third-person multiplayer shooter and occasional hack-n-slash developed by MAIET Entertainment back in 2005. It was originally released for the Ijji platform around that time. Ijji has been long shut down as of writing this post but the game can easily still be downloaded on the net and run. All servers were hosted as P2P so it is not terribly hard to set up an instance and get going.

The game would have you run around maps and kill people on the opposing team. It's like Counter-Strike but you also have acrobatics and swords. The game also features character customization, a large range of weapons and mods. A sequel exists on Steam however like the first one I have never tried it. I also love the art style. It's dieselpunk(?), almost post-apocalyptic style is beautiful. It doesn't matter the actual game but it is quite wonderful to look at. There is probably no market for it but a single player game using that artwork, whether it's an RPG or third-person whatever would be really good. Resonance of Fate has a similar art style so I could probably get the scratch itched there.

I really don't have much to say about it. As stated before I never played it. I found out about Ijji around the time it started dying but I was also crazy about saving HDD space and I was much bigger into GameTap, a similar service. Then, years later when I remember Ijji it was dead. It also doesn't help I am not big into multiplayer games. The game was forgotten after that. It wasn't until only very recently that I re-head about this. I saw someone link track 7 "Ryswick Style" and loved it. It reminds me of the techno/DnB/EDM mishmash that was the Street Fighter III soundtrack. Since then I have had this soundtrack in weekly rotation. I especially love the post-rock tracks, mixture of upbeat and downbeat tracks and of course the atmospheric drum n' bass on track 7.

There is barely any information about who composed the soundtrack. It was apparently some South Korean music company called Sound Fashion Advisor (stylized as SoundFA). There is no information I can find about specific people who composed the OST.

The following rip is from the Soundcloud stream of it. It's 128kbps. I have no idea if the music that comes with the game is in higher quality but please do comment if you are aware of any higher quality rips that exist.
